Kia ora, I am a student at Belfast School, Welcome - Haere Mai. I am Year 6 and Miss Wilkinson is my teacher. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. As sparkly as crystal clear diamonds shining in the night sky.

As shiny like a dragon's fire breath with a tint of rainbow.
Metaphor
A gun fire shooting into the dark night sky.

It booms into the night leaving little trails of sparks.
Yesterday we did a actvity about similes and metaphors so what we did was we had to get an image and then write 2 similes and 2 metaphors for it. At the end when everyone was finished we went around the classroom and said each others. Then everyone one else had to guess it.
