Autumn Tree

A couple of weeks ago we started an Autumn Tree and this is how it turned out.

Prototec

Today we decided to do some prototec. Throughtout lockdown I got 100% on stage 5 so I moved on to stage 6 and I got 100% today.
So I am moving on to stage 7

The birds

Story starter!

The bird’s eyes were gold coins, shining brightly in the reflection of
the camera’s long lens. Holding his breath, the photographer
pressed lightly on the button to capture this magical moment.
Click, click, click. Neither the parrot nor the photographer moved.
Curiosity enveloped them both as they examined each other
closely. Suddenly, the peace was disturbed…by one of the most
friendly birds on the planet.

But they weren't so friendly now.The birds were flying around the
park scratching everyone he or she sees. But wait there are
thousands more swooping people trying to scare them but why?
Someone said “ Everyone take cover quickly” so everyone took
cover.

10 years later we had finally found out what had happened. There
was a company that put a medicine inside one type of animal but
then it spread to many many more.

What will happen next…

Normal:The bird looked into the camera lens. The photographer
kept very still.

What I changed it to:The curious bird looked into the camera lens.
The photographer had to keep very very  still.

Question time!

Where is the photographer taking his picture? In the park

How did the photographer get so close to the parrot without it flying
away? It was just I very curious parrot 

What do you think the photographer would be thinking? If the bird
could speak, what would it say? Hang on I am just trying to look.

Today for writing I decided to say why we should and shouldnt wear school uniform.

Story starter!

Dad’s home science experiment had gone horribly wrong! He had zapped
the kids in the garden with his new
ELECTROZORBTASTICLASERJETBRAIN-GUN, which was supposed to
make his three children the smartest children in the entire world. Instead,
the zap had back-fired, making Dad even more brainy, but the children…
Extremely tiny!

Stood in the middle of the garden path, they suddenly found themselves
running as fast as they could away from a rolling pebble (which was
actually tiny, but now seemed as big as a house).

They kept running and running and running, until they came to a dead end
they couldn't get out anywhere. They had to think quickly before they both
became a pancake.

But as they turned and started running, a soccer ball went flying towards
them. They turned the other way and started to run until they realized
everything had stopped like the pebble and the soccer ball yayayay.

Normal:The stone started to go. The children ran. They felt scared.

What I changed it to:The stone started to roll and then roll even faster.
The children ran as fast as they could. They felt very very scared.

Question time!

What noise do you think the rock might be making as it rolls? A crumble

How will the children escape? People stopped everything

What else will the tiny children encounter? A soccer ball

If you could have any superpower that could help people in some way,

What advice would you give to people when dealing with their problems? I

What I miss about school

For some writing today I was going to list all the things that I miss about school but of course I have more things that I miss about school.

Today for writing I decided to list the positives and negatives of animals getting kept in cages so take a look.

The Woods

Story starter!

 It had all started out as a dare.

“No-one is brave enough to camp out in the woods all alone” they had all said.

So far, he had proved them wrong he had actually left his house heading towards the woods.

As he reached the woods he found a perfect spot to campout so he got his tent, started putting it up, started a fire and roasted some marshmallows.

As night came it got darker and darker and darker.

While he was trying to get to sleep in his tent he heard a noise coming closer and closer and closer.

So he went outside and then he realized it was another person that got dared to do the same thing that he did and they never let him back that's why he had been out there that whole time, he was the little boy that went missing!

WhatI changed it to: The little boy opened the tent flap. He looked outside. It was very light.

Why has he chosen to camp out in the woods? So he could prove that he was brave
