Science Experiment
Today for one of my choice learning I decided to do the pepper and water experiment if you would like to try it just have a look at the slide shows.

Great slideshow Olivia - very clear and excellent photos of the procedure. I wonder why the pepper does that? It would be interesting to see what research you could do around dishwashing liquid and the properties it has that could cause this. I have done a similar experiment with milk and a few drops of different coloured food colouring and then a drop of dishwashing liquid in the middle. Very similar results but quite colourful!
